Students are required to notify the Instructor and are asked to refrain from lessons if they show any symptoms or are known to have been in close contact with a Covid-19 patient. 

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. Galaxy Driving School has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however, we cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected.

1.   Mandatory use of face coverings/masks is required as mandated by the Secretary of State order during in vehicle & classroom lessons.
2. There will be a limit of 2 occupants in the training vehicle due to safety reasons. No teen observation is required until further notice.

3.The vehicles will be sanitized after each student and hand sanitizer is available upon request. 

4. Masks are also required inside the classroom which has sanitized student desks, sanitizer available, and social distancing guidelines are in effect. 

By taking part in driving lessons you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume any and all risk that you or your child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by due to attending behind the wheel/classroom lessons.  Additionally, your assumption of such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and possibly death. By taking part in driving lessons you assume any and all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself or your child(ren).Additionally, you assume all risk of illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind.By taking part in our program  you release, agree not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Galaxy Driving  School, its employees, agents and representatives. By taking part in the driving lessons you acknowledge and agree that this release includes any claims based on any and all actions, omissions, or negligence of Galaxy Driving School and its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in classroom/driving lessons.
